Screen Printing is a time-honoured process for printing on garments. Screen Printing is universally respected for long lasting imprints and has great flexibility in colour. Screen Printing is generally recommended for 12 items and up. Below are the requirements for submitting artwork for screen printing.

File Requirments (Illustrator)

  • • Please save your artwork to the intended printing size.
  • • Artwork is assumed print ready.
  • • Color coding RBG or CMYK
  • • File format .AI, .EPS, .JPEG (High Resolution), .PDF
  • • Remove Unnecessary backgounds or objects
  • • Outline fonts or convert to paths and/or smart objects.
  • • Make sure to design your graphic with your shirt color in mind.
  • • For pantone colors please use CMYK colour coding and label your pantone colour swatch.
